School of Transformational Business (SOTB) is a 6-week course with 6 weeks of optional internship. The lecture phase covers the Foundations of BWAM (Vision, Values, Biblical foundation, History of BWAM, Introduction to Business, and Mission Plan). Integration into the Missions, Character, and Leadership in Business, Marketing Research (Roots and heart of Biblical Marketing, Essentials of Basic marketing) Financial Management (Budget Making, Basic Accounting, Financial forecasting), and Business Plan Presentations.

During the lecture phase, we will also have devotions, workshops, Small groups, and work duties.

The internship is encouraged as a way to put into practice and get field experience. It will consist of being a part of a Business and practicing different aspects of the business from being in sales to management to involvement in seeing the financials.

DTS is the prerequisite to getting credit at the University of the Nations. But those who have not done a DTS will get a Certificate from the University of the Nations.

DTS is the prerequisite for not only becoming YWAM staff but also for YWAM’s second-level training. We are registered with YWAM’s University of the Nations.
