Do I need business experience to join?

No. SOTB is open to beginners as well as experienced professionals. The program is designed to help you grow from where you are.

What will I learn in SOTB?

You will learn the Foundations of BWAM (Vision, Values, Biblical foundation, History of BWAM, Introduction to Business, and Mission Plan). Integration into the Missions, Character, and Leadership in Business, Marketing Research (Roots and heart of Biblical Marketing, Essentials of Basic marketing), Financial Management (Budget Making, Basic Accounting, Financial forecasting), and Business Plan Presentations.

How is SOTB different from other business courses?

SOTB goes beyond traditional business training by focusing on the transformation of both the individual and the marketplace. It integrates spiritual formation, practical skills, and real-world application with Biblical principles.
