Business With A Mission (BWAM) is a part of Youth With A Mission and exists to gather people together from around the world to train, equip and release to develop, uplift and transform individuals, families, communities and nations through profitable business.

All over the world and in every walk of life people are affected by business. The job we do, the people we meet, our quality of life are all influenced by business. It is a part of life that can impact nations, people and societies in many different ways.
Although levels of poverty are falling around the world, there are still many areas of extreme poverty, with over 1 billion people living on less that $1.25 a day. Charity can address short term, emergency needs, but it is business that can bring about long lasting sustainable change to societies and people. As Peter Greer has said, The highest level of charity is when you can help someone get on their own feet, use their own God given abilities to provide for their family. In business With A Mission (BWAM), we desire to use sustainable business as a way to empower people to reach their full potential to reach their destiny.
The world is now open to business, with business people welcome almost everywhere. Business With A Mission aiming to develop every tribe, language, people group and communities with profitable business, which will transform the nations.
BWAM provides a pathway where business people can use their skills, talents and experiences to mentor, coach and encourage one another. We also help launch business people by training and equipping them to start companies around the globe.
SOTB is a three month course, which includes 12 weeks of lecture phase and optional internship. The lecture phase covers: What is Business As Missions, The Biblical Foundation and Historical Foundation of Business as Mission, What is missions, YWAM Values in Business, Entrepreneurship, , Overview of a Business as Mission plan; Vision and Mission Statements and Values; Biblical Perspective of Marketing; Creating with God, Innovation; Sales and Distribution, Risk taking in faith, How to seize the God given opportunity, Leadership in Business; Discipleship in Business.
During the lecture phase there are small groups, book reports and a Project-Business With A Mission Plan. Outreach/internship is encouraged as a way to put into practice what one learns in the lecture phase. It will consist of being apart of a Business and practicing difference aspects of the business from being in sales to management to involvement in seeing the financials
