My name is Fede Capelli, and I am passionate about seeing lives and communities transformed through the integration of faith, business, and discipleship. I believe God can use entrepreneurship as a powerful tool to create opportunities, develop leaders, and demonstrate His love in practical ways.

Originally from Argentina, I have served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Uganda for several years. Together with my wife, Belén, I am involved in Business as Mission (BAM), where we seek to build sustainable businesses that create lasting impact while opening doors to share the Gospel and make disciples.

My passion is to equip local leaders with both spiritual and practical skills so they can flourish in their communities and become agents of transformation. Whether mentoring entrepreneurs, developing new initiatives, or serving alongside local churches, my desire is to see God’s Kingdom reflected in every area of life.

Belén and I are grateful to serve together in ministry while raising our son. As a family, we are committed to living missionally, building meaningful relationships, and helping others discover the hope and purpose found in Jesus Christ.
