The School of Transformational Business (SOTB) is a 6-week course with an optional 6-week internship. The lecture phase covers the Foundations of BWAM (Vision, Values, Biblical foundation, History of BWAM, Introduction to Business, and Mission Plan). Integration into the Missions, Character, and Leadership in Business, Marketing Research (Roots and heart of Biblical Marketing, Essentials of Basic marketing), Financial Management (Budget Making, Basic Accounting, Financial forecasting), and Business Plan Presentations.

During the lecture phase, we will also have devotions, workshops, Small groups, and work duties.

The internship is encouraged as a way to put into practice and gain field experience. It will involve being part of a Business and practicing various aspects, from sales and management to financial operations.

A DTS is recommended, but not required.

DTS is a prerequisite not only for becoming YWAM staff but also for YWAM’s second-level training. We are registered with YWAM’s University of the Nations.
